Custom Orders

Please include:

• Name
• Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Description of requested product
• Need by date

Please allow up to 3 weeks turn-a-round time. You will be contacted if any additional information is needed. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided and orders need to be paid within 48 hours of invoice being emailed to you.

**Orders will be processed once payment has been received.**
